ELEROKS MANAGEMENT EOOD is a company based in Razlog, which operates in the hotel industry through the management of the high-end hotel complex Murite. The hotel offers modern accommodation, restaurants, a spa and wellness area, and conference rooms. Due to the nature and scale of its activities, the operation of the hotel is associated with significant energy costs, especially for heating and maintaining the necessary temperature conditions in the common areas, swimming pools, and dining and recreation areas. This leads to high energy intensity and strong dependence on external energy suppliers, which exposes the company to the risk of fluctuations in electricity and fuel prices. This project envisages the implementation of investment measures to improve the energy efficiency of Hotel Murite, including: -Purchase and installation of five air-to-water heat pumps, of which: o four with a capacity of 20 kW, designed to heat the swimming pools and maintain the optimal water temperature; o one with a capacity of 70 kW, which will be used to heat the restaurants and reception area, ensuring high energy efficiency and comfort for guests during the winter season; -Replacement of existing window and door frames in the common areas of the hotel with new, energy-efficient frames with a low heat transfer coefficient, which will reduce heat loss and improve the microclimate in the building. By implementing these measures, the company will achieve a significant reduction in energy consumption, optimisation of operating costs and reduction of greenhouse gas emissions, while improving the comfort and stay of guests. The project will have a lasting effect on the operations of Hotel Murite, contributing to increased energy independence and efficiency of the building, extending the operational life of the heating systems, and improving the overall environmental and economic sustainability of the site.
