BODU OOD is an enterprise with main economic activity 47.52 Retail trade in hardware, paints and flat glass. The company develops its activities through a specialized paint store, which offers a wide range of products for end customers, professional craftsmen and companies. The work is related to intensive use of lighting, heating, cooling and ventilation in the sales hall, which leads to high electricity consumption. This, on the one hand, significantly increases operating costs, and on the other hand, has a negative impact on the environment due to the use of energy from non-renewable sources. This project proposal provides for: - installation of "Local energy storage facilities (batteries) in combination with inverter/s" - 61 kWh, which will be integrated with the already built photovoltaic system for the site's own consumption; - delivery and installation of an "Air-to-water heat pump"; - delivery and installation of a "Heating, ventilation and cooling recuperation unit". The batteries will provide the opportunity to accumulate and more efficiently use the electricity produced by the solar system, which will reduce dependence on the external electricity distribution network and optimize costs. The heat pump system and the recuperative unit will replace inefficient methods of heating, cooling and ventilation with modern and sustainable solutions that use air as a renewable energy source. The expected effect is a significant reduction in the company's energy consumption and running costs, combined with a contribution to environmental protection by limiting the carbon footprint and reducing harmful emissions. The project is in line with the objectives of the procedure and will support the transition to sustainable and energy-efficient development, while creating better working conditions for staff and better quality customer service.
