The current project aims to improve energy efficiency in DOBI-PETROV SIE SD and promote the use of energy from renewable sources, thereby accelerating the private sector's transition to climate neutrality by reducing its carbon footprint, optimizing energy consumption and increasing renewables in the energy mix of enterprises. High energy prices continue to pose challenges to the competitiveness of the enterprise. The current project envisages the purchase of the following assets and equipment: 1. Photovoltaic panels in combination with 20kW inverters 2. Local energy storage facilities batteries in combination with 20kW inverters 3. Heat pump 16kW 4. Solar hot water and domestic hot water systems 5. Compressed air compressors including compressed air tanks 6. Energy-efficient insulation systems in buildings In this regard, the implementation of the investment will contribute to the sustainable development of the company. Last but not least, this investment will also contribute to achieving the overall cumulative energy savings target for the period 2021-2030, set out in the Integrated Energy and Climate Plan of the Republic of Bulgaria, as well as the implementation of the Energy Union objectives for secure, sustainable, competitive and affordable energy.
