The project proposal of "MURPHY M" EOOD is aimed at increasing energy efficiency and reducing electricity consumption in the two sites of the company, located in the city of Sofia - at 3 Graf Ignatiev Street and 57 Patriarch Evtimiy Blvd. The company carries out its main activity in the field of hairdressing and cosmetic services, as the salons offer a variety of services in the field of hairdressing, cosmetics and manicure. Due to the specifics of the activity, which requires constant maintenance of a comfortable microclimate for clients and staff, the sites are characterized by high electricity consumption, mainly for heating and cooling the premises. In order to improve energy efficiency, the project provides for the installation of two highly efficient VRF heat pump systems, one in each of the two sites of the company. Heat pumps of this type operate on the principle of direct evaporation of freon in the indoor units, and have the ability to precisely control the amount of refrigerant depending on the load. This technology allows for optimal use of energy, significantly reduces losses and ensures a stable microclimate throughout all seasons. The investment will lead to a significant reduction in electricity costs, improvement of the energy efficiency of the facilities and increased comfort of work for staff and customers. The implementation of modern VRF systems will allow achieving a high degree of automation and temperature control in each zone, while at the same time reducing the environmental footprint of the company. The project will be implemented in compliance with energy efficiency requirements and the principle of "doing no significant harm", in accordance with the horizontal policies of the European Union. By implementing the planned activities, "MURPHY M" EOOD will achieve a sustainable reduction in energy costs and increase its competitiveness by implementing modern and environmentally friendly technological solutions.
