Evricom Ltd. is a company specializing in the production of wax blends for various applications, supply of paraffin and other waxes. We are the market leader in Bulgaria by volume of sales of paraffin, waxes, and wax blends, and one of the largest companies in this sector at the Balkans. Much of the paraffin and waxes we use are for candle making mixtures The demand for our products is constantly increasing, and in parallel with this, the need to introduce new types of wax products into production and to work with different types of waxes, such as vegetable waxes, is also growing. We are implementing various innovations, e.g. the production of wax pastilles (pellets). Thus we plan to purchase a production line for the pastillation of vegetable and other waxes. The line will also be capable of processing waste waxes. Its main components are: a drop former with spray nozzles, a steel cooling belt, a belt cooling system, and an electrical control system. There are various options for providing cooling . Most of them are extremely energy-intensive or require the use of large quantities of water. The most effective way to cool is with an industrial chiller that operates by circulating the same water. This ensures the cold capacity required for the production process in a more energy-efficient way and without the use of large amounts of water. Such type of chiller will be purchased and installed under this project. As a result of the project's implementation, we will secure the opportunity to reduce the cost price of the final product through using efficient cooling method, as well as to reduce the carbon footprint of our activity through reduced electricity consumption and limitation of water resource usage. The project will contribute to achieving the goal of building energy-efficient industrial production facilities, and the investment will be used entirely to support our main economic activity.
