The current project envisages the construction and commissioning of a photovoltaic power plant (PPP) for own consumption and additional batteries for storing the produced energy within the production base of "HARVESTI" EOOD. The implementation of a photovoltaic power plant (PPP) with an installed capacity of 50 kW in "HARVESTI" EOOD is aimed at ensuring long-term energy efficiency, reducing operating costs and increasing the sustainability of the production process. By building its own system for generating electricity from a renewable source - solar energy - the enterprise will be able to cover a significant part of its own electricity consumption, especially during hours of high solar radiation. Given the fact that the company's production activity is concentrated mainly during the day - when solar activity is highest - most of the energy produced will be directly used to power production machines, equipment, refrigeration installations, air conditioning and lighting systems. Additionally, the 52.4kW battery system will allow for the storage of unused energy to be used later in the day or during peak loads. This will ensure better management of energy consumption, reduction of peak loads and related costs, higher energy autonomy and resilience to power outages, and the possibility of cost optimization by using stored energy during peak tariff hours. In conclusion, the investment in a photovoltaic power plant will provide HARVESTI EOOD with real economic, energy and environmental benefits, improve the sustainability of business processes and support the company's long-term development strategy through innovation, efficiency and environmental responsibility.
