The current project proposal is aimed at improving and modernizing the production of stylish solid wood furniture through automation, digitization and digitization of the production processes and increasing the productivity, capacity and efficiency of the family company "STEFAN VALCHEV-2005" EOOD. The company's main Economic Activity code is 31.09 - "Manufacture of other furniture". The company has a long history, accumulated experience and traditions in the production of stylish solid wood furniture. In recent years, Bulgarian furniture manufacturers have faced the challenges of growing international competition in terms of functionality, reliability and prices, as well as the requirements of a number of European standards. Currently, "STEFAN VALCHEV-2005" EOOD cannot adequately respond to these trends in consumer demand. The high degree of workload of the machines currently used leads to delays in the execution of orders. Staff workload and limited production capacity put the family business in an unfavorable market position. All this determines the company's needs for the purchase and commissioning of innovative Complex professional woodworking equipment of a new generation, including 2 Woodworking milling cutters with a movable aluminum table; Multi-spindle tilting head drilling machine; Single belt wide belt sander equipped with combined sanding unit; CNC Router for wood carving; Chain woodworking boring machine and 2 four-pass steel boilers. This investment will increase the productivity and efficiency of the family company "STEFAN VALCHEV-2005" EOOD, reduce production costs, increase the range of manufactured furniture, sharply shorten the time for the execution of orders and thus respond to the increased market demand from high quality stylish solid wood furniture.

Тази инвестиция ще повиши производителността и ефективността на семейната фирма “СТЕФАН ВЪЛЧЕВ-2005” ЕООД, ще намали производствените разходи, ще увеличи гамата от изготвяните мебели, ще съкрати рязко времето за изпълнението на поръчките и по тази начин ще отговори на повишеното търсене на пазара от висококачествени стилни мебели от масив.
