The project envisages the construction of a 56 kW plant for own consumption in the company's own base, which includes offices and warehouse and production premises with a total area of 750 sq.m. The photovoltaic power plant will provide electricity to power the main production equipment in the base used in the processing of concrete and metal products. The company carries out both construction and production activities related to the processing of concrete and metal products for construction, and for this purpose has equipment with high energy consumption - screw compressors, compressed air systems, welding machines, heat pumps, lifting and transport equipment and other equipment, operating mainly during the daylight hours. This leads to significant electricity costs and dependence on fluctuations in energy market prices.The construction of a 56 kW solar power plant will provide the opportunity for self-generation of electricity from renewable sources, which will be used to cover the internal needs of the production facility. This capacity is tailored to the actual energy profile of the enterprise, so that the maximum part of the produced energy will be consumed on site, without any excess. The implementation of the project will lead to: Reduction of electricity consumption from the external network by about 35–40%; Significant reduction of energy costs and improvement of financial results; Reduction of carbon emissions by approximately 45–50 tons of CO₂ per year; Increase of the energy independence and sustainability of the enterprise; Creation of a more favorable production environment and improvement of energy management; The project is in line with national and European policies for decarbonization, energy efficiency and green transformation of the economy; The investment in the FPP will contribute to the long-term sustainable development of the company, increasing its competitiveness and reducing the environmental footprint of production activities.
