Description

The project of Mikoni Ltd. aims to implement energy-efficient insulation systems for the company’s production building. Mikoni Ltd. specializes in the production of standard road signage and metal structures for infrastructure and public facilities. Its manufacturing activities include cutting, bending, forming, and assembling metal products, which require maintaining a stable indoor climate and significant energy resources. In the context of rising energy costs and the need for sustainable development, the project focuses on significantly improving energy efficiency and reducing the company’s carbon footprint.

Within the project, thermal insulation systems using mineral wool boards will be installed on external walls, and roofs. Mineral wool provides excellent thermal insulation, vapor permeability, moisture protection, sound insulation, and durability, while promoting a healthy working environment and extending the service life of buildings. Expected benefits include reducing heating and cooling costs by 10–20%, optimizing energy consumption, lowering operational expenses, decreasing CO₂ emissions, and aligning with national and European strategies for sustainable construction.

The project also has a strategic value for the company, enhancing the resilience of buildings and production processes, increasing the market value of assets, and creating opportunities for reinvestment of savings into production development and technological innovations.

The investment in energy-efficient insulation systems represents a strategic necessity for Mikoni Ltd., ensuring modern, sustainable, and innovative production with long-term returns and supporting the sustainable development of the company as a leading manufacturer in its sector.
