Description

The project proposal of “Braks 2020” Ltd. is aimed at improving the company’s energy efficiency and reducing its energy dependence through the implementation of modern energy solutions in its two establishments – “Café Rosi” and “Café Hit”.

At “Café Rosi,” a photovoltaic system with a capacity of 30 kW for self-consumption will be installed, combined with a local energy storage facility, as well as a 45 kW VRF system for heating and cooling. This investment will ensure in-house production of renewable energy, stability of electricity supply, and high efficiency in maintaining the indoor microclimate. At “Café Hit,” the project envisages the installation of a 63 kW VRF system, which will reduce operating costs and enable efficient climate control. By implementing these energy efficiency measures, “Braks 2020” Ltd. will achieve reduced electricity costs at both establishments, optimized energy consumption, and a lower carbon footprint.

The investment in modern energy technologies complies with the principle of “do no significant harm” to the environment and supports the achievement of national targets in the field of energy efficiency. The project proposal is also fully aligned with the principles of equality, non-discrimination, and equal opportunities for all.

As a result of the project’s implementation, “Braks 2020” Ltd. will achieve significant energy savings, increase its competitiveness, and establish the conditions for long-term sustainable growth.
