Programme: Programme "Competitiveness and Innovation in Enterprises" 2021-2027

Planning region: All

Description

The project proposal of New House 2020 Ltd. aims to install three photovoltaic power plants (PV systems) with a total capacity of 56 kW and energy storage systems with a total capacity of 56 kWh, located on three company-owned buildings in Debelets, Veliko Tarnovo Municipality.
The investment includes the supply and installation of photovoltaic panels, hybrid inverters, lithium-ion battery systems, control equipment, and mounting structures. The systems will produce electricity exclusively for self-consumption in the company’s tourist accommodation buildings, with no sale of the generated energy to third parties.
The implementation of the project will result in improved energy efficiency, reduced electricity costs, and a decrease of approximately 50 tons of CO₂ emissions annually. The renewable energy generated will cover over 70% of the total electricity consumption of the company’s facilities.
The project fully aligns with the objectives of the Competitiveness and Innovation in Enterprises Programme 2021–2027, supporting the transition to a sustainable, low-carbon and energy-efficient economy for Bulgarian SMEs.
