The project proposal of "KREZZ" EOOD is aimed at building a photovoltaic power plant (PVPP) for own consumption in the company's commercial site - a home and household goods store, located on an area of over 1000 m2. The store operates daily and has a high energy load, mainly related to heating, cooling, ventilation and lighting. The project envisages the delivery, installation and commissioning of a photovoltaic system that will produce electricity for the site's own needs. The system will be built on the roof structure and/or adjacent areas and will be equipped with inverters, control panels, structures, cable routes and an energy flow management system. The investment also includes an energy storage system (batteries) with a capacity corresponding to the installed capacity of the PV plant, which will allow the accumulation of the electricity produced during the daylight hours and its use during peak load hours - usually in the late afternoon and evening, when customer traffic is highest. The aim of the project is to ensure a sustainable, environmentally friendly and cost-effective power supply that covers a significant part of the store's consumption, without feeding electricity into the grid. With its implementation, "KREZZ" EOOD will reduce its dependence on external suppliers, reduce its energy costs and improve its environmental profile by using clean renewable energy. The project will have a direct impact on the sustainability and competitiveness of the company by ensuring long-term energy independence, a lower carbon footprint and increased energy efficiency of the retail outlet.
