Description

The project proposal of "LILYANA" Ltd. is aimed at increasing the energy efficiency of the sites where the company's main activity is carried out - freight road transport of construction machinery and materials (KID 49.41). The investment covers a building stock, including halls for maintenance and repair of specialized equipment and an administrative building, located in the village of Kalekovets, Maritsa Municipality, Plovdiv District.

The main objective of the project is to reduce energy consumption by improving the thermal characteristics of the buildings through the implementation of modern energy-efficient insulation systems. The planned measures include:
- laying a thermal insulation system of EPS plates on external walls;
- implementation of thermal insulation of the roof using sandwich panels;
- replacement of one industrial door with a highly efficient thermally insulated door with improved heat transfer coefficients;
- Replacement of existing windows with new ones with a high energy efficiency class.

The implementation of the project will lead to a significant reduction in heat losses, increased comfort in the working environment and a significant reduction in energy costs. In this way, the company will optimize its energy consumption and reduce its carbon footprint, contributing to the sustainable development and competitiveness of its activities.

The investment is fully compliant with the principle of "doing no significant harm" (DNSH), as it does not include activities related to fossil fuels or environmental pollution. The project is fully in line with the objectives of the Competitiveness and Innovation in Enterprises Program 2021-2027 - improving energy efficiency and increasing the competitiveness of Bulgarian SMEs.
