The project proposal is submitted by a small enterprise based in Dobrich, operating under activity code 41.20 – Construction of residential and non-residential buildings (turnkey projects). We have our own production facility, which houses existing equipment and a complex of newly purchased machines, which allow us to offer the market integrated solutions for the construction of metal buildings and roofing systems, including rainwater drainage systems. The objective of the project is to optimize energy consumption and improve working conditions within the production hall. The planned activities include thermal insulation of roofs and walls, replacement of windows and doors in the production hall (Item 12), and commissioning of a photovoltaic power plant (Item 16). These measures will lead to optimized energy costs and the achievement of an efficient energy mix. By implementing these investments, we will reduce our carbon footprint, increase energy efficiency in the production of metal components and prefabricated elements for the construction sector.
