The project of “Stanger S” Ltd. is aimed at improving energy efficiency and increasing the use of renewable energy sources in the facility Restaurant “Alpina – Dobrinishte”, located in the picturesque area near the chair lift to Bezbog Hut, 11 km from the town of Dobrinishte. The restaurant is a small but popular tourist establishment offering guests freshly caught trout prepared on-site, as well as traditional Bulgarian dishes. The facility features a summer garden, indoor dining area, children’s playground, and private parking, combining comfort, nature, and mountain charm. To reduce energy costs and enhance sustainability, the company plans to implement the following investment measures: Thermal insulation of external walls and roof to minimize heat losses and improve indoor microclimate; Installation of a photovoltaic system with battery storage, providing renewable electricity for the restaurant’s needs and reducing dependence on the external power grid; Implementation of a high-efficiency heat pump system for heating and cooling, replacing outdated and energy-intensive equipment; Establishment of an energy-efficient cold storage room for food preservation, ensuring optimal temperature conditions with minimal energy consumption. The implementation of the project will result in a significant reduction in energy consumption and carbon emissions, lower operational costs, and improved competitiveness of the enterprise. The project is fully consistent with the objectives of procedure BG16RFPR001-2.004, contributing to enhanced energy efficiency, wider use of renewable energy sources, and the sustainable development of the tourism sector in the region of Dobrinishte.
