Description

The project proposal of PRESTIGE 2007 Ltd. envisions the implementation of measures to improve energy efficiency and promote the use of renewable energy sources at the company’s production facility located in the village of Manole, Maritsa Municipality. The company’s main activity is classified under NACE 20.41 – “Manufacture of soap and detergents, cleaning and polishing preparations”, and it is an established producer of both high-quality finished products and customized private label solutions.
With the aim of enhancing energy efficiency, reducing the carbon footprint, and achieving sustainable competitiveness, the project includes an investment in the installation of photovoltaic panels combined with inverters and local energy storage systems (batteries) also integrated with inverters. The storage of the generated energy will allow for more efficient usage during peak hours and will reduce the dependency on external energy sources.
The expected results from the project implementation include: a significant reduction in the consumption of electricity from non-renewable sources, lower operational costs, increased energy independence of the enterprise, as well as improved resilience and long-term efficiency of the production process.
The investment is fully aligned with the "Do No Significant Harm" (DNSH) principle, complies with all applicable environmental standards, and contributes to achieving both national and European objectives related to energy efficiency and sustainable growth.
Through the implementation of this project, PRESTIGE 2007 Ltd. will improve its resource efficiency, enhance the sustainability of its production, and adapt to the modern requirements of a low-carbon and energy-efficient economy.
