Description

GAP – 07 Ltd. is an enterprise with long-standing experience and a stable market presence. The project is implemented under NACE code 08.12 – Operation of gravel and sand pits; mining of clays and kaolin. The company is also engaged in mechanized construction works, as well as in the recycling and recovery of construction waste, applying modern technologies and equipment aimed at improving efficiency and protecting the environment.
The present project proposal aims to enhance energy efficiency and promote the use of renewable energy sources through the construction of a photovoltaic power plant (PVPP) with an installed capacity of 55 kW, intended entirely for self-consumption. The construction of the PVPP will be carried out in full compliance with all applicable technical standards and regulatory requirements, and the project fully meets the mandatory minimum technical parameters set under this procedure.

The planned investment will lead to a tangible reduction in energy consumption from conventional sources, a decrease in greenhouse gas emissions, and improved competitiveness of the enterprise through more efficient use of resources. The project will have a positive environmental, economic, and social impact.
All project activities are fully consistent with the horizontal principles set out in Article 9 of Regulation (EU) No. 2021/1060 – promoting gender equality, equal opportunities, non-discrimination, and sustainable development. Furthermore, the project fully complies with the “Do No Significant Harm” principle, as it does not include activities that could have adverse effects on the environment, climate, biodiversity, or human health.
