The building of the "Chapek" car service is characterized by high energy losses in winter and severe overheating in the summer months, due to the lack of thermal insulation and outdated roller doors with a large area (3 pieces x 14 m² and 3 pieces x 10.6 m²), which do not have insulating properties. This leads to significant energy consumption for heating and cooling, unfavorable working conditions and prerequisites for weak competitiveness. The project envisages the implementation of a set of measures to increase energy efficiency in the car service building, aimed at reducing energy losses and optimizing total energy consumption - in order to create an environmentally sustainable working environment that will contribute to the sustainable development of the enterprise and to limiting its impact on the environment. The project activities include two key interventions: - Replacement of the existing roller doors with new, sectional energy-efficient models that provide better thermal insulation, minimize heat losses and improve the functionality and security of the site. - Laying thermal insulation on the facades by installing thermal panels, which significantly increase the thermal characteristics of the building and contribute to stabilizing the internal temperature throughout all seasons. The implementation of these measures will lead to optimization of energy consumption, reduction of heating and cooling costs, as well as to a significant limitation of greenhouse gas emissions. In this way, the enterprise will reduce its carbon footprint and improve its environmental sustainability. By implementing the planned activities, the enterprise positions itself as a responsible and innovative business entity that actively applies the principles of sustainable development and contributes to the implementation of national and European goals for increasing energy efficiency and transition to climate neutrality.
