The project proposal envisages an investment in assets aimed at improving the energy efficiency of Hotel “DELTA”, located in the village of Marchevo, Municipality of Garmen, Blagoevgrad Region. Within the framework of the project, new high-efficiency heat pumps will be purchased and put into operation, ensuring sustainable and cost-effective heating, cooling, and domestic hot water supply for the hotel’s needs. The new equipment will be selected from the list of eligible equipment under the procedure and will comply with the highest standards of energy efficiency and reliability, in line with the best available technologies on the Bulgarian market. The planned investment will be a key factor in accelerating the transition of “SANI HOLIDAY – 2011” Ltd. towards climate neutrality by reducing its carbon footprint and optimizing its energy consumption. At the same time, the project will help the company maintain and enhance its competitiveness in the hospitality sector, by freeing up financial resources as a result of lower energy consumption and enabling the realization of future investment initiatives.
