"MONTAJSTROY 91" LTD. is a company specializing in the production of metal structures and parts thereof, and in particular: 1) steel structures - warehouses, halls, walkways, towers, stairs, platforms, railings and staircases; 2) vessels and tanks made of carbon and stainless steel, for storing water, fuels, oils from the food and chemical industries with various volumes; 3) pipelines made of carbon and stainless steel, as well as PEHD (butt welding and electric socket), intended for steam, water, products for the food and chemical industries and gas pipelines, etc.
As a manufacturing enterprise in which the energy component in the formation of final prices is significant, "MONTAJSTROY 91" LTD. is faced with challenges related to high energy intensity, uncertainty of energy supplies and volatility of electricity markets.
To address these challenges, in accordance with the objectives of procedure BG16RFPR001-2.004 "Energy efficiency and use of energy from renewable sources in enterprises" and within the set limitations (eligible activities, budget and duration), the project envisages the implementation of the following investments:
1. Construction and commissioning of Photovoltaic panels in combination with inverter/s with a capacity of 30 KW - item 14 of the List of eligible asset categories;
2. Delivery and commissioning of a Local energy storage facility (battery) in combination with an inverter, with a capacity of 102.4 KWh - item 15 of the List of eligible asset categories;
The implementation of the investments will ensure a sustainable and predictable energy supply for production activities, reduce electricity costs and permanently increase the competitiveness of the enterprise in the target markets.
The total value of the planned investments is 163,219.09 leva, and the duration of the project is 12 months.
