New Way Advertising Ltd. is an advertising agency from the city of Varna. Our main activity is the production and sale of individual advertising materials - from business cards, flyers, brochures and catalogs to branded souvenirs, outdoor advertisements and car wraps. In order to satisfy even the most capricious needs of our customers, we handle a large volume of catalogs and offer a huge variety of gift offers. These souvenirs are labeled (branded) using different technologies – screen printing, embroidery, stickers, laser engraving, cut foil, etc.
At the moment, our company does not have some of the necessary equipment and does not have the technological ability to perform any of the possible methods of branding - laser engraving of a large area, plotter cutting of foils in large sizes, gluing of stickers and embroidery. To fulfill customer requests, we use the services of a subcontractor, which increases the cost and delays the service.
In order to improve the quality of our service - faster execution of orders, better cost effectiveness, elimination of transportation, we will purchase four machines that will fill the lack of technological capabilities - a cutting plotter, a laser machine, an embroidery machine and a thermal press.
After the implementation of the project, we will be able to fulfill our orders faster and receive a lower cost of the service. We will also eliminate the need to transport advertising materials to a subcontractor, which will reduce transportation costs and free up one employee's capacity to handle this.
