The overall project objective is to improve the energy efficiency of CARIBI Ltd. through purchasing of a chiller for cooling the production premises and local energy storage facilities - batteries in combination with inverters, as a factor for reducing the energy intensity of the company, accelerating the transition to climate neutrality, sustainable growth and increasing the competitive advantages of the company. The overall objective will be implemented through the following specific objectives: - improving the microclimate in the production premises by ensuring a uniform and constant cooling temperature of the various materials used in the manufactured products, by purchasing of a chiller; - reducing the company's energy intensity by implementing investments for storing energy produced from its own renewable sources and purchasing of a chiller for cooling the production premise; - reducing the company's costs for electricity by purchasing batteries in combination with inverters; - promoting the use of energy from renewable sources, optimizing energy consumption and achieving greater energy independence through the purchase of batteries in combination with inverters; - ensuring continuity of the work process through the purchase of batteries in combination with inverters. The specific project objectives will be achieved through the purchase of a chiller for cooling the production premises and local energy storage facilities - batteries in combination with inverters. The investment within the project will be implemented for a period of 12 months and is also in line with the country's goals for the transition of the private sector to climate neutrality by reducing the carbon footprint.
