INPROTECH LTD is a Bulgarian manufacturing company based in Pernik, which operates in the mechanical processing of metals. The company specializes in the production of metal parts, components and structures intended for various industrial sectors. The production processes include milling, turning, cutting, drilling, grinding and welding of metal products requiring high precision and quality. In order to improve energy efficiency, ensure an optimal microclimate and reduce energy dependence, INPROTECH LTD plans to implement an investment, including the implementation of an integrated system of energy-saving technologies: - Photovoltaic power plant with a capacity of 30 kWp for own consumption, equipped with energy storage batteries (30 kWh). The system will provide its own power supply for production needs, reduce electricity costs and increase the energy independence of the enterprise. - Air-to-air heat pump with a capacity of 15.5 kW, which will provide efficient heating and cooling of production premises using renewable energy from the air. - Replacement of outdated lighting with energy-efficient LED fixtures, including 30 W linear luminaires (28 pcs.), 100 W linear luminaires (25 pcs.) and 51 W bell spotlights. The new system will guarantee better illumination, lower energy consumption and higher safety at work. The implementation of the project will allow achieving a complex effect: -reduction of total energy consumption by over 30%; - optimization of production costs; - reduction of greenhouse gas emissions; - improvement of working conditions and staff productivity; - increasing the quality of finished products. The investment will lead to long-term sustainable development of the enterprise, while simultaneously increasing its competitiveness and improving its environmental profile.
