Description

FACTORY FOR RUBEER SEALS JSC is an established manufacturer with a long history in the production of rubber seals and technical rubber products used in a number of industries. The company's activities are characterized by high energy intensity, which is why energy consumption management is crucial.
This project proposal envisages the following investment:
- An energy-efficient 18.5 kW compressed air compressor designed to power pneumatic equipment, presses, and control systems in production.
- Local energy storage facilities – a 100 kW battery combined with an inverter, which will enable the accumulation and management of electricity within the company.
Both assets will be located on the company's own production property, with the investment directly aimed at improving energy efficiency, stability, and sustainability of production.

The implementation of the project envisages an investment of BGN 180603.08 excl. VAT for a period of 12 months. The implementation of the project will lead to:
- optimization of the compressor system and reduction of energy costs for compressed air;
- increased electricity consumption efficiency through the implementation of an energy storage and load balancing system;
- reduced carbon emissions and energy intensity of the production process;
- improved product quality through stabilization of technological parameters;
- increasing competitiveness through lower production costs and more sustainable production.

The planned investments will have a lasting positive effect on the company's activities, ensuring a balance between economic efficiency, environmental protection, and social responsibility.
