The project proposal includes an investment in energy efficient equipment systematized in two groups: The first group: Inverter screw compressor with frequency control, Vertical air receiver for compressed air and Energy-saving freon dryer. In the production of metal structures and in construction, the specified equipment maintains stable pressure and continuous operation without energy waste. The use of machines such as sandblasters, welding guns, presses and painting systems require a large and constant air flow. In construction, a screw compressor is more economical under continuous loads and can even be used for several tools at the same time. Tools such as screwdrivers, wrenches, paint guns and hammer drills often work long, intensively and in parallel.The vertical air receiver is part of the compressor system and is used as a buffer vessel, stabilizer and compressed air filter. In the construction and metal construction sectors, it ensures: stable operation of pneumatic tools, higher quality of surface treatment and lower energy and maintenance costs.The energy-saving freon dryer is used as a protector of quality and reliability in the implementation of production processes. It provides dry and clean air and at the same time reduces energy costs, because it extends the life of pneumatic equipment and guarantees flawless painting and surface treatment of metal structures.The specified equipment is energy efficient because it: operates with a constant air flow, uses less electricity at the same air flow rate, can be managed according to actual consumption, reduces losses and downtime. The second group: -Photovoltaic power plant; The PV plant will ensure energy independence and sustainability, improve competitiveness by reducing energy costs and, last but not least, reduce the carbon footprint on nature.
