Description

The project proposal is aimed at improving the company’s energy efficiency through the implementation of innovative measures for the utilization of internal energy resources and the enhancement of the microclimate in production facilities.
One of the measures includes the installation of a system for recovering waste heat generated by the operation of the air compressors. With a total installed capacity of 47 kW and continuous operation, the compressors release a significant amount of heat that currently remains unused. Through the waste heat recovery system, this energy will be utilized for heating the factory’s storage premises. The expected effect is a substantial reduction in external energy consumption and lower operating costs.
The second measure focuses on the introduction of high-efficiency air handling units with heat recovery, designed for the printing workshop. The technological process requires a precise balance between temperature and humidity, as deviations lead to production defects and losses. The new climate control systems will provide optimal working conditions throughout the year, improving product quality, reducing waste, ensuring higher productivity, and enhancing energy efficiency for heating and cooling in the printing facility.
By implementing the project, the enterprise will achieve sustainable reductions in energy costs, greater energy autonomy, and improved predictability of production processes. The combination of effective waste heat utilization and the introduction of advanced climate systems will have a positive impact both on the company’s economic performance and on its environmental footprint.
In the long term, the project proposal will strengthen the enterprise’s market position, increase its competitiveness, and create a solid foundation for sustainable growth in a dynamic and highly competitive environment.
