The project of Vestman Ltd., implemented in Brestovitsa village, Rodopi Municipality, is aimed at improving the company’s energy efficiency and sustainability through the implementation of energy-saving measures for buildings and production facilities, including the installation of thermal insulation systems and the replacement of old windows and doors with new, energy-efficient ones. Vestman Ltd. is a company specialized in the manufacture of furniture for offices and retail spaces. The company produces high-quality office, commercial, and interior furniture, combining functional design, modern technologies, and sustainable production practices. The company’s production base in Brestovitsa serves as the main operational center and includes workshops for material processing, assembly, storage, and administrative activities. In view of the rising energy costs and the need to ensure a sustainable and efficient production environment, the company plans to implement an investment project to improve the energy performance of its buildings. The expected results include optimization of energy costs and enhancement of the company’s long-term sustainability, as well as a significant contribution to the achievement of national and European priorities for green transformation and sustainable economic development. The project is fully aligned with the objectives of procedure BG16RFPR001-2.004 “Energy Efficiency and Use of Renewable Energy in Enterprises” and will have a long-term positive impact on the economic and environmental sustainability of Vestman Ltd., supporting the transition towards a green, resource-efficient, and competitive industry.
