The project of PRINCESS RESIDENCE Ltd. envisages the implementation of measures to improve energy efficiency and the use of renewable energy sources in the company’s hotel located in the town of Kiten, where its main activity under NACE code 55.10 “Hotels and similar accommodation” is carried out. The enterprise operates in the tourism sector, providing accommodation and holiday services in the seaside resort, targeting both domestic and international visitors. With the aim of achieving sustainable development, reducing energy consumption and limiting carbon emissions, the company plans to implement an investment including: replacement of the existing windows with new energy-efficient ones; installation of LED lighting with low electricity consumption; and installation of a high-efficiency air-to-air heat pump system providing heating and cooling of the premises with significantly lower energy use compared to conventional systems. The implementation of the project will lead to improved energy efficiency of the building, reduced energy costs and carbon emissions, enhanced indoor comfort for guests, and increased sustainability of the company’s operations. The expected results include: a reduction in total energy consumption, optimization of operational costs, improvement of the building’s energy class, and a decrease in the environmental footprint. The investment fully complies with the “Do No Significant Harm” (DNSH) principle, meets modern environmental and energy standards, and contributes to the transition towards a circular and low-carbon economy. Through the implementation of this project, PRINCESS RESIDENCE Ltd. will enhance the sustainability and energy efficiency of its core business operations, in line with national and European objectives for green transformation.
