The project proposal includes an investment in energy efficient equipment systematized in two groups: The first group: Energy efficient heat pumps - 2 units, air-to-air type, each with 20kw nominal heating capacity. The use of heat pump technology will contribute to the optimization of energy consumption, improvement of the microclimate in the premises and reduction of carbon emissions. The system will work in synergy with the planned photovoltaic installation, which will allow partial or full coverage of energy needs from its own production. This will lead to a significant reduction in operating costs and an increase in the energy independence of the company. The second group: The project proposal includes an investment in a 20 kW Photovoltaic Power Plant (PPP), which will be installed at the company's base in Varna and will power the car service, warehouse and office, in order to produce electricity for its own consumption and achieve higher energy efficiency. The base is its own and includes an office, warehouse (logistics) and service premises. The construction of a 20 kW PPP + battery will provide approximately ~22,000 - 25,000 kWh of electricity, which, according to the average price of electricity for business ~0.35 BGN/kWh (excluding VAT), will realize annual savings: ≈ 8,000 - 9,000 BGN.Additional benefits include avoiding peak loads (Peak Shaving) and increased security in the event of power outages. Other advantages realized by the company are independence from future electricity price increases, which are expected on the energy market, and improving the company's ESG profile, the so-called environmental responsibility. The FPP will ensure energy independence and sustainability, as well as improving competitiveness by reducing energy costs and, last but not least, reducing the carbon footprint on nature.
