Description

The current project consists of the construction and installation of a photovoltaic power plant for the production of electricity for own needs with a total installed maximum capacity of 60 kWp and batteries with a total capacity of 61.44 kWh, equipped with 2 heat pumps with a capacity of 30 kW for the needs of the hotel and restaurant part of Divis-60 Ltd in the "A Hungry field" area of the village of Stob, Kocherinovo municipality. The photovoltaic power plant will be installed on the roof of the newly constructed building with a total area of 1002 sq m, including a restaurant and a hotel area. The photovoltaic power plant will heat all rooms and premises in the newly constructed building. Due to the nature of primary energy, the photovoltaic power plant will operate during daylight hours (daytime). To build the photovoltaic power plant, 96 photovoltaic panels with a power of 625 Wp each will be required, or a total capacity of 60 kWp. The panels will be located on the roof of the newly constructed building and will be connected to one in number, 50 kW hybrid inverter. To store electricity, 12 batteries with a capacity of 5.12 kWh each of them will be needed, or similarly with a total capacity of 61.44 kWh. A supporting structure will be delivered and installed: a/ DS part - delivery and installation and b/ AC part - delivery and installation. An integral part of the total investment will be the project documentation - Design Solution - Structural part and Design Solution - Electrical part with drawings and installation instructions. Part of the investment under this project will also be the purchase of 2 three-phase air-to-water heat pumps with a capacity of 30 kW. The purpose of heat pumps is to provide the appropriate temperature for boilers and other technological equipment with low energy consumption.
