This project proposal is aimed at improving energy efficiency through the use of energy from renewable sources (RES) of "Alimar 11" Ltd. The company operates entirely in sector I55 Hospitality with NACE 2008 Code 55.10 "Hotels and similar accommodation," which is a sector characterized by high electricity consumption. The company owns several business premises, which are located in the city of Stara Zagora. The subject of this proposal is the bases located at the following addresses in the city of Stara Zagora: 1. 'Zora' district, 18 'Edinstvo' St., UVE - I232/08.06.2004. The property is a two-story building with a total built-up area of 350 sq. m, which the applicant manages and operates under a lease agreement from 01.01.2022. 2. 'Lozenets' district, 97 Musala St. The property is a three-story building, with a built-up area of 191.00 sq.m and a total floor area of 901.18 sq.m. The applicant carries out hotel activities in the buildings. With this proposal, the applicant declares assets for funding that they will use in their main economic activity. The main activity in the project is making investments in a photovoltaic power plant (including solar panels, inverters, batteries, and other components needed for the plant to operate) with a capacity of 56 kW. The candidate plans to build PV plants at two sites in the city of Stara Zagora that they manage, with the following distribution of capacities: - Zora district, 18 Edinstvo St. (sub-object 1 Edinstvo 18) - 25 kW with adjoining batteries; - Lozenets district, Musala Street No. 97 (subunit 2 Musala 97) - 31 kW with attached batteries. When carrying out the activity, the candidate will comply with Bulgarian and European legislation. It will apply the terms of this procedure and Council of Ministers Decree No. 4 from 11.01.2024. The project's implementation will be in line with the requirements of the ‘do no significant harm’ principle for the environment and achieving climate resilience.
