The project proposal of Her 1 Ltd. aims to increase energy efficiency and the share of renewable energy in the company’s operations by installing a 100 kW rooftop photovoltaic system combined with a 35 kW battery energy storage system at the enterprise’s warehouse and auto service building. The PV panels and the storage will operate behind the meter in self-consumption mode, providing peak load shaving, voltage stabilization for sensitive service equipment, improved continuity of operations during grid disturbances, and structured monitoring of energy flows. The PV modules will have an efficiency of at least 20%, a product warranty of at least 12 years, first-year degradation not exceeding 3%, and guaranteed linear degradation not exceeding 0.6% per year for monofacial modules or 0.5% per year for bifacial modules over at least 25 years. The inverters will ensure European weighted efficiency of at least 96%, total harmonic distortion not exceeding 5%, permissible DC input up to 1500 V, a product warranty of at least 10 years, built-in metering and data storage for production, and an export-limiting function compatible with the grid operator’s requirements. The battery system will operate within 0–45°C ambient temperature, with a minimum 5-year product warranty and a minimum 10-year performance warranty; storage inverters will have at least a 10-year product warranty. The project will reduce operating costs, increase the predictability of the energy budget, and deliver environmental benefits by lowering the carbon footprint of the company’s services, thereby strengthening competitiveness and service quality.
