RH 5 EOOD owns the hotel "SANI- ASENOVGRAD" ****. The hotel has 74 modernly furnished rooms, including studios and apartments, corresponding to the modern and stylish design of the hotel. On the territory of the hotel, there are also two restaurants, a lobby bar, a cocktail bar, a children's center and its own parking lot. The project proposal of RH 5 EOOD includes the purchase, delivery and installation of VRF/VRV direct evaporation heat pumps with a total capacity of 238.50 kW to improve the energy efficiency and microclimate in the premises of the hotel part of the building and optimize the costs of repair and maintenance of the building's air conditioning system. The equipment will be installed on the roof of the hotel and is extremely necessary for the functioning of the hotel. Currently, the hotel has a depreciated air conditioning system, energy costs are high, monthly repairs are required, which are expensive. The implementation of the project activities will accelerate the company's transition to climate neutrality by reducing its carbon footprint and optimizing energy consumption. The implementation of the investments will support the implementation of the company's and the Energy Union's goals for secure, sustainable, competitive and affordable energy. The investment under the project will accelerate the transition to climate neutrality by improving the company's energy efficiency and independence. The current project will be implemented in continuation of the sustainable support from the Ministry of Economic Development in the field of improving energy efficiency by enterprises in the country, through the procedure measure BG-RRP-3.006 "Construction of new RES for own consumption in combination with local energy storage facilities in enterprises" with the help of which the company successfully completed an investment for the construction of a 129.56 kW new photovoltaic system for own consumption in combination with energy storage batteries.
