The project proposal envisages improving energy efficiency and increasing the share of energy from renewable sources in the company's operations through the introduction of new equipment. The following will be purchased and put into operation within the framework of the project: * A photovoltaic power plant (PVPP) in combination with local energy storage facilities (batteries) in combination with an inverter/inverters - these will produce clean energy from renewable sources and cover part of the company's needs, reducing its carbon footprint on the environment and its dependence on external electricity suppliers. The implementation of the project will lead to a reduction in energy intensity and operating costs and will increase the competitiveness of "HEFEST - PLOVDIV" EOOD. The project proposal is in line with the objectives of the procedure "Energy efficiency and use of energy from renewable sources in enterprises," combining the implementation of energy-saving technologies and the use of green energy for the sustainable development of the enterprise. The investments under this project proposal comply with the requirements of the principle of "no significant harm" to the environment.
