The project of "GIO PHARMA 2001" Ltd. is aimed at increasing the energy efficiency and sustainability of the enterprise by implementing modern technologies for energy saving and using energy from renewable sources. The company operates in the field of wholesale trade in perfumery and cosmetic products (NACE No. 46.45), and to ensure optimal working conditions, energy costs are a significant share of current operating costs. The need that will be met through the implementation of the project is related to reducing the high energy consumption of the building stock and the dependence on conventional energy sources, as well as ensuring a more efficient and environmentally friendly use of energy. The project envisages: - implementation of local energy storage facilities (batteries with inverters) with a total capacity of 56 kW, which will be integrated into the existing photovoltaic power plant (PVPP) of the enterprise and will be used for its own consumption, ensuring better management and balance of electricity consumption; - construction of a direct evaporation heat pump VRF/VRV system with a capacity of 90 kW, which will replace outdated and energy-intensive air conditioning solutions, ensuring high efficiency, reliability and optimal microclimate. The implementation of the project will achieve a significant reduction in energy costs, a reduction in the carbon footprint of the enterprise and an increase in its competitiveness. The project will contribute to the sustainable development of "GIO FARMA 2001" OOD, by combining economic efficiency with environmental protection and meeting the priorities of the "Regional Development Program 2021-2027" in the field of energy efficiency and the use of renewable energy.
