Description

The subject of the project is the energy renovation of the building of BELLE VUE EOOD and the construction of a photovoltaic power plant for its own needs. Improving energy efficiency is among the main objectives of the company and has a key role in increasing its competitiveness. Increasing energy efficiency will have additional added value for the enterprise, as it will have a positive impact on their economic development and the creation of new jobs, and the generated energy savings will lead to saving financial resources that can be redirected for additional investments.
The planned activities are:
1. Implementation of construction and renovation works for the implementation of energy efficiency measures
-Thermal insulation of external walls - The measure provides for the thermal insulation of part of the external walls with an area of ​​180 m2.
-Replacement of old windows and doors with PVC windows - dismantling of part of existing windows that are outdated and subject to replacement with a total area of ​​65 m2 and installation of new PVC joinery with an area of ​​65 m2, including mosquito nets on the opening wings and aluminum window sills.
-Replacement of doors and industrial portals with thermally insulated doors and industrial portals - Delivery and installation of external thermally insulated metal doors with double glazing and increased heat transfer coefficient with an area of ​​15 m2 This will lead to a reduction in the overall heat transfer coefficient.
2. Construction of a 10 MW CHP plant for the production of energy from renewable sources for own consumption in combination with local energy storage facilities (batteries) - Construction of a 10 MW CHP plant for the production of energy from renewable sources for own consumption in combination with local energy storage facilities (batteries). The installation is planned to be built on the Company's own property, which is a building designated as a car repair shop.
