The project proposed by OLIMP BULGARIA aims to improve the energy performance and operational resilience of a non-food goods warehouse through the deployment of a 35 kW direct-expansion VRF/VRV heat pump system providing zoned heating and cooling, and the installation of a 45 kW photovoltaic power plant with inverters and a local battery energy storage system. The heat pump will comply with the required efficiency at A7/W35 not lower than 3.7 and with the minimum and maximum thermal output thresholds. The PV plant will use modules with efficiency of at least 20% and warranties and degradation rates meeting the specified minima, inverters with European weighted efficiency not below 96%, THD not above 5% and DC input not exceeding 1500 V, including data logging and an export-limiting function compatible with the inverter. The storage system will meet temperature operating limits and warranty requirements, and all mounting structures will be made of low-corrosion materials. The integrated measures will stabilise indoor conditions, reduce dependence on grid electricity, optimise peak loads and enhance environmental performance without compromising continuity of operations.
