Description

The project proposal of DIALMA-PS Ltd. is aimed at improving the energy efficiency and reducing the company’s dependence on electricity produced from non-renewable sources through the construction of a photovoltaic power plant (PVPP) with an installed capacity of 30.96 kW for self-consumption.

The company operates under NACE code 55.10 – Hotels and similar accommodation, managing hotels and facilities for temporary accommodation. The energy needs of such establishments are constant and significant due to their continuous operation, characterized by high energy intensity required to ensure guest comfort – heating, cooling, lighting, water heating, ventilation, and the operation of various electrical appliances and maintenance systems. Because of this high energy demand, optimizing electricity costs is a key factor for the sustainable development and competitiveness of the enterprise.

The main objective of the project is to provide a reliable, environmentally friendly, and economically efficient energy source that will cover the hotel’s needs while reducing the carbon footprint, limiting greenhouse gas emissions, and supporting the company’s transition towards a more sustainable and low-carbon activity.

The project envisages the construction of a photovoltaic power plant (PVPP) for self-consumption with a capacity of 30.96 kW, which will enable DIALMA-PS Ltd. to generate green electricity using solar energy. This will lead to a reduction in electricity costs, increased energy independence, and optimization of energy processes.

Through the implementation of the project, higher energy efficiency, long-term operational sustainability, and enhanced competitiveness of DIALMA-PS Ltd. will be achieved, while the investment will reduce the company’s carbon footprint and improve its environmental profile.
