The project of OFFICE PERFECT 11 Ltd. aims to improve the energy efficiency and sustainability of the company’s warehouse facility located in Kukorevo village, 6A Stancho Nenov Street, through the implementation of modern technologies for energy production, storage and efficient utilization. The main goal is to reduce dependence on the external electricity grid, optimize energy costs, and ensure long-term energy independence of the facility. The investment includes the installation of a photovoltaic power plant (PV system) with an integrated battery energy storage system, with an installed capacity of 20 kW and battery capacity of 20 kWh, complemented by an additional 10 kWh battery module. The system will provide electricity for the warehouse’s own consumption, enabling the accumulation of produced energy and its use during periods of low solar irradiation or evening demand. This will ensure more stable power supply, lower operational costs, and higher energy autonomy for the enterprise. Additionally, the project foresees the implementation of a “air-to-air” heat pump system with a heating capacity of 19 kW, designed for heating and cooling of the warehouse premises. The new system will replace less efficient solutions, providing optimal indoor comfort throughout the year and contributing to the overall reduction of energy consumption. The realization of the project will lead to a reduction of energy costs, improved energy independence, and lower carbon emissions, ensuring sustainable and environmentally friendly energy management within the warehouse facility. The investment is fully aligned with the objectives of the Programme “Competitiveness and Innovations in Enterprises 2021–2027” and the priorities of the European Green Transition.
