Description

GEORGI KYURKCHIEV - 2010 EOOD is a family company that manages the hotel-restaurant "Omurtagov Most" - Veliki Preslav.
The "Omurtagov Most" complex was created in 2000 as a result of a family dream.
The current project proposal is aimed at NACE: 56.10 Activities of restaurants and quick service establishments. The company intends to invest in a heat pump for the restaurant and replace the old joinery with aluminum.
The installation of a heat pump in the "Omurtagov Most" complex will increase energy efficiency by reducing heating and cooling costs. The system will provide stable comfort for guests, reduce carbon emissions and improve the energy performance of the building.
Replacing the old joinery with new aluminum windows that meet modern energy efficiency requirements is a necessary measure to limit heat loss and improve the energy performance of the building, reduce energy consumption and operating costs, and increase internal comfort and noise insulation.

The expected results of the project include a significant reduction in the carbon footprint, higher resource efficiency, and a contribution to achieving sustainable growth. Along with the environmental benefits, the project will also lead to an economic effect - lower operating costs, higher predictability of energy costs, and increased competitiveness of the company in the market. In the long term, the project will contribute to strengthening the energy independence of the company, support the achievement of national and European goals for energy efficiency and climate neutrality, and establish the company as a responsible and sustainable business implementing innovative solutions in the field of energy management.
The financial assistance will allow the implementation of an effective and long-term solution to reduce energy losses and increase the sustainability of the site.
