The project proposal is submitted by the company "Beton" EOOD. A company with many years of tradition in the field of production of concrete, concrete products and lime mortars. To carry out the activity, the company has its own concrete plant and lime slaking facility. The company is registered in accordance with all Bulgarian and European directives for the production of concrete under the Bulgarian Civil Code and ECHA. The company has proven itself on the Bulgarian market with the speed and quality of the products offered. As a result of the implementation of the project, photovoltaic panels in combination with 42.035kW inverters and local energy storage facilities batteries in combination with 85.4kW inverters will be purchased. The project proposal is in accordance with the horizontal principles set out in Article 9 of Regulation (EU) 2021/1060 of the European Parliament and of the Council; The project proposal is in accordance with the Paris Agreement and the principle of "doing no significant harm". The project proposal does not significantly harm the following six environmental objectives: 1) climate change mitigation; 2) climate change adaptation; 3) sustainable use and conservation of water and marine resources; 4) transition to a circular economy; 5) pollution prevention and control; 6) protection and restoration of biodiversity and ecosystems. The implementation of the activity will comply with all requirements of the Conditions for Application, the Conditions for Implementation and their annexes, as well as instructions and Guidelines presented by the Managing Authority.
