The project "Integrated energy-efficient solutions and RES for sustainable development of BBB CONSTRUCTION CONTROL EOOD" has the following main objective: "Ensuring energy independence and sustainability of the enterprise through modern technologies for efficiency and own electricity production." The project proposal is aimed at reducing the energy dependence of the enterprise and optimizing consumption by implementing innovative solutions for energy efficiency and renewable energy. "BBB Construction Control" EOOD is a micro-enterprise in the field of construction and installation activities and production of ventilation elements and heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems, with the main code of its activity and the project under the KID - 43.22. The company's production base has an area of 299 m² and an average annual electricity consumption between 15,000 and 18,000 kWh, entirely supplied from external sources, which leads to high and unstable costs. To address these challenges, the project envisages two main investments: 1. Implementation of recuperative units with plate heat exchangers, which will ensure efficient utilization of thermal energy from the exhaust air and reduce heating and cooling costs by up to 30%. 2. Construction of a photovoltaic power plant for own consumption, including solar panels, inverters and batteries, with an expected annual output of about 20,000 kWh, fully covering the needs of the enterprise. The implementation of the project will lead to over 90% reduction in electricity consumption from the grid, a reduction in costs by 60–70%, a significant reduction in carbon emissions and an improvement in the working environment. Through these measures, the enterprise will achieve higher competitiveness, energy sustainability and contribution to national and European goals for a green and low-carbon economy.
