Description

The project of Balkanremont Engineering Ltd., implemented in the village of Elshitsa, Panagyurishte Municipality, focuses on investments aimed at improving the company’s energy efficiency and reducing its carbon footprint through the introduction of modern technologies and solutions for sustainable energy management.

The project foresees the implementation of investments including the installation of high-efficiency insulation systems for external walls and the roof, replacement of the existing windows with new energy-efficient ones, as well as the construction of a solar water heating system for domestic and industrial needs. These measures will ensure a significant reduction in heat losses, optimization of energy consumption, and improvement of the indoor microclimate in the company’s buildings.

The main objective of the project is to enhance energy efficiency and increase the share of energy from renewable sources, thereby reducing greenhouse gas emissions and the dependence on conventional energy sources.

The expected results include a reduction in overall energy costs, improved resilience of the company to energy market fluctuations, enhanced competitiveness, and contribution to the achievement of national and European goals for energy efficiency and decarbonization. The implementation of the project is fully in line with the objectives of the procedure and will have a long-term positive impact on the environment, supporting the transition towards climate neutrality.
