The project of ORBIFON EOOD is aimed at increasing energy efficiency and optimizing production costs by introducing energy-efficient equipment and energy consumption management systems in the company's production base. The company specializes in the production of wood veneers, series of boards, glued boards and wood panels, and its customers are mainly large retail chains for building materials. The production processes include a number of energy-intensive operations - cutting, pressing and gluing of wooden elements, which require significant amounts of compressed air and lighting of large production areas. Within the framework of the project, a compressed air compressor with inverter control and a dryer will be purchased, providing optimal pressure with minimal electricity consumption. The system will replace outdated and inefficient equipment, allowing automatic adjustment of power according to the current needs of production, reducing unnecessary losses. In parallel, energy-saving lighting fixtures will be implemented - LED panels and skylights, which will improve the lighting in the production and warehouse premises, while reducing energy consumption compared to traditional lighting. The implementation of the project will lead to a reduction in energy costs, optimization of production processes and an increase in the competitiveness of the enterprise.
