GEORGIEV PROPERTY INVEST LTD is a company established in 2021 with the main activity of renting and operating its own real estate, and since 2024 it has also been developing hotel activities. This project will support the additional economic activity of GEORGIEV PROPERTY INVEST LTD under NACE Rev.-2 - 55.10 - "Hotels and similar places of accommodation". It envisages the commissioning of an independent energy source - a photovoltaic power plant (PVPP) with included storage batteries and energy-efficient heat pumps, which will ensure energy the "Alen Mak" Hotel Complex, located in Lesopark Lipnik, Nikolovo village (Lipnik), Ruse Municipality. The investments envisaged in the project will be implemented under the applicable "de minimis" regime, and the following fixed assets will be acquired: 1. Photovoltaic power plant 30 kW - 1 pc. 2. Air-to-water heat pumps – 12 kW – 3 pcs. The expected effect of the project implementation is the acquisition of independence in terms of energy security of the hotel business of GEORGIEV PROPERTY INVEST LTD. The use of energy from renewable sources (RES) combined with energy-efficient heat pumps in the hotel complex will lead to a qualitative leap in achieving its energy autonomy and security. In this way, the company will be able to make more accurate estimates and calculations, reduce the cost of the provided hotel services and overall total overhead costs. Thus, GEORGIEV PROPERTY INVEST LTD will be able to offer services that are competitive in the holiday industry market, which will lead to its stable development in the future. The project proposal will be implemented in a high-priority region according to its location. The investment will also contribute to the overall cumulative energy savings target for the period 2021-2030, set out in the Integrated Energy and Climate Plan of the Republic of Bulgaria.
