The project proposal of DIANABETON OOD is aimed at increasing production efficiency and digital sustainability by implementing key technologies from Industry 4.0 – automation, IIoT, MES, data visualization and basic cybersecurity.
Currently, the main part of production data is entered manually, there is no automated connection between the equipment and administrative systems, which leads to delays, errors and low traceability. The project envisages the delivery and implementation of a new generation automated concrete batching plant (ELBA CBT130TB) with built-in sensors, PLC/SCADA control and IIoT connectivity, allowing for real-time collection and transmission of production data.
The solution includes an MES platform with BI dashboards, predictive maintenance capabilities (AI/ML) and integration with the accounting and ERP system. This will allow for automatic electronic submission of information, improved reporting and elimination of manual entry.
Additionally, a basic but sustainable layer of cybersecurity measures will be built - centralized device protection, network segmentation, data redundancy, training and policies. They will ensure protection of critical business and production processes and will cover the minimum requirements of the procedure.
The expected result is a complete digital transformation of the production activity and an increase in the digital maturity of the enterprise by over 20%. The project is consistent with the needs of the company, the scale of activity and the eligibility criteria under procedure BG16RFPR001-1.008.
