The project of “RAI 2018” Ltd. is aimed at improving energy efficiency and increasing the use of renewable energy sources in the restaurant managed by the company. The project foresees the purchase and installation of photovoltaic panels in combination with inverters and local energy storage facilities, which will provide on-site electricity supply for the restaurant. The investment will lead to a significant reduction in electricity consumption from the grid, a decrease in CO₂ emissions, and an improvement in the energy independence and sustainability of the enterprise. The project is part of the company’s long-term plan for greening its operations and implementing sustainable practices in the restaurant sector, where improving resource efficiency—reducing energy and water consumption, minimizing waste, and optimizing resource use—is a key factor for competitiveness and sustainable growth. Expected results include: - Reduction of overall energy consumption and electricity costs; - Increase in the share of renewable energy used; - Improvement of the company’s environmental profile and contribution to the goals of the European Green Deal and climate neutrality. The project fully aligns with the objectives of procedure BG16RFPR001-2.004 “Energy Efficiency and Use of Renewable Energy in Enterprises”, and its implementation will contribute to higher energy efficiency, sustainability, and reduction of the carbon footprint of “RAI 2018” Ltd.
