Description

The project proposal envisages increasing the level of digitalization of the enterprise by implementing new technologies in the field of Industry 4.0.
It is planned to purchase a Vertical 5-axis milling center with integrated software, equipped with modern sensors and control modules that allow collecting a large volume of technological data in real time.
The implementation of the project will lead to an increase in the capacity of the existing business facility, improvement and updating of existing business processes in the activities of the candidate company, improvement of its competitiveness and increase of its economic growth.
The project proposal is in line with the objectives of the procedure "Introduction of technologies in the field of Industry 4.0 in enterprises", since the implementation of specific measures in the field of the Fourth Industrial Revolution is an important step not only in terms of the transition to new, digital business processes, but also in terms of achieving greater efficiency in the activities of enterprises, promoting their sustainability and creating new opportunities for higher profitability.

In this regard, investments aimed at implementing new technologies from Industry 4.0 will ensure resource optimization, reduction of operating costs and better competitiveness of the company, both in the domestic and international markets. The investments under this project proposal are in line with the requirements of the principle of "no significant harm" to the environment

Въвеждане на технологии от Индустрия 4.0.: Дейността ще бъде изпълнена чрез въвеждане на следните технологии 1. Закупуване на Вертикален 5-осен фрезови център с интегриран към него софтуер - 1 бр. *********Анализ на големи данни (Big Data) • Предвидената за закупуване по проекта машина е оборудвана със съвременни сензори и управляващи модули, които позволяват събиране на голям обем технологични данни в реално време. Сред тях са данни за натоварване на шпиндела и осите, работни режими, температури, вибрации, енергийна консумация, времена на цикли и престои.
