Description

The project proposal of DMKTech Ltd. aims to improve the energy efficiency of the company’s research and development (R&D) processes related to the creation of new and innovative electronic products in the field of fire alarm and safety systems.

The main objective of the investment is to establish a pilot technological infrastructure providing real conditions for prototyping, testing, certification, and preparation for production implementation of the newly developed products.

The project includes the purchase and installation of an inverter-controlled air compressor, air dryer, air receiver, and chiller, which will provide the necessary pneumatic and cooling infrastructure for the operation of experimental installations, injection-moulding machines, and surface-mount technology (SMT/SMD) lines. These systems will be used for experimental prototype and pilot series production, essential for product testing, certification, and optimization of technological processes prior to market launch.

The implementation of the project will enable the company to reduce the energy intensity of its R&D activities, improve the efficiency and reliability of research processes, and ensure high quality and repeatability of testing operations. The integration of energy-efficient technologies will contribute to lower energy consumption and carbon emissions, while establishing a sustainable infrastructure for innovation and product development.

The expected result is enhanced energy efficiency and optimized resource use within DMKTech Ltd.’s R&D processes, supporting the faster commercialization and production readiness of the company’s innovative electronic solutions, and strengthening its long-term competitiveness in the market.
