Description

The project of GLENKOM Ltd. aims to improve the energy efficiency and sustainability of the company’s base in Nova Zagora through the implementation of modern technological solutions that reduce energy consumption, improve the indoor environment, and decrease carbon emissions.
The investment includes the following specific measures:
•	VRF/VRV air-to-air heat pump system with a heating capacity of 40 kW, providing highly efficient heating and cooling with individual zone control and optimized energy use.
•	Compressed air system with inverter control and air dryer, including 2 compressors of 15 kW each and 1 air dryer of 15 kW, designed to optimize pneumatic operations and reduce energy losses.
•	Air receivers (reservoirs) – 2 units of 1000 liters each, ensuring pressure stability and efficient storage of compressed air.
•	Sectional industrial doors – 3 units of 20 m² each, and 1 aluminum door with thermal break (2.53 m²), improving thermal insulation and minimizing heat losses.
•	Energy-efficient LED lighting, comprising:
  o	20 LED panel lights “Downlights”, power 48 W, cost rate 6.13 BGN/W, for office and service areas;
  o	40 LED high-bay lamps/projectors, power 150 W, cost rate 3.40 BGN/W, for production and warehouse zones with high ceilings;
  o	30 LED linear lights, power 151 W, cost rate 3.50 BGN/W, for primary work areas;
  o	50 LED linear lights, power 20 W, cost rate 8.75 BGN/W, for corridors and secondary premises;
  o	30 LED panel lights “Downlights”, power 100 W, cost rate 3.84 BGN/W, for general lighting of large areas.
The implementation of the project will result in a reduction of overall energy consumption, higher efficiency of the building systems, and lower carbon emissions.
Through the integration of highly efficient heating, pneumatic, and lighting equipment, GLENKOM Ltd. will achieve long-term economic and environmental sustainability.
